韓国風カルビ
ダンナママのレシピのひとつ。
アメリカで韓国風と言えばたいていこんな感じの味です。
おいしいですよ～。
■材料
骨付きカルビ 2.5kg
酒 80cc
砂糖 60cc
しょうゆ 240cc
にんにく（みじん切り） 大さじ３
しょうが（スライス） ３０ｇ
ねぎ（小口切り） ４本
黒砂糖 45cc
いりごま 大さじ２
ごま油 小さじ１
油 大さじ２
胡椒 少々
■手順
１．ボールなどの容器にカルビを入れ、酒と砂糖をすり込みます。そのまま１０～１５分おきます。
２．しょうゆ、にんにく、しょうが、ねぎ、黒砂糖、入りごま、ごま油を混ぜ合わせます。1.5カップの水を足し、よく混ぜ、砂糖が溶けたら油とこしょうをくわえます。
３．２をカルビの上に回しかけ、まんべんなく混ぜ合わせたらそのまま４～５時間置きます。（前日から用意しても構いません）
４．出来ればバーベキューグリルで、なければ鉄板で３で用意したカルビを焼きます。このとき、残ったマリネ液をまわしかけながら焼いてください。
★お好みでコチュジャンや唐辛子を足して、辛さを調節してみてください♪
